There will be a special charity event this summer that will require the women to dress up. I found this really cute dress online. I hope it doesn’t make me look like an old lady desperately trying to look young. I think it is cute and that’s what I want to wear. But if enough people tell me not to do it, I will find something else.

I’m one of those people that likes to keep a wide variety of holiday cards on hand. Of course I get plenty of Christmas cards but I also will order any other type of holiday cards I might need throughout the year. That way, a holiday doesn’t sneak up on me to find me card-less.  I think it’s important to send cards to those that we care about year around.

Amazing how much youtube has affected wedding first dances.  Well here it the original, or so it says, wedding first dance surprise.  It says they were on Good Morning America in 2005 performing their dance.  Anyway, it’s really quite good.

I could not believe that we lost Patrick Swayze yesterday.  What a terrible loss to his wife and mother and also to his many fans.  He fought a hard fight against cancer but lost his battle.  He will surely be missed by so many.  Thank you Patrick for making dancing ‘Cool’ again.  I will miss you as will the world.  Here’s to you:
