Well with what money I have that the stock market didn’t go through, I picked up a cute little house real cheap.  I almost felt guilty because it was a nice little starter home that someone lost to foreclosure.  With just a little bit of fixing up, I should be able to sell it at a decent price that a young couple or an elderly couple could afford.

I’m not looking to make a fortune on it because I just don’t feel it would be right to do that at someone elses expense.  I’m really looking to help someone less fortunate than myself become a homeowner is these troubled times.  I’m seriously thinking of financing it myself too.  That way, I have a steady income coming in, I can sell it to someone for a low enough monthly payment they should be able to keep the house and I’m still helping others.  Isn’t that what life is all about after all?  Now I just have to get my lawyer to draw up the paperwork to protect not only myself and my investment, but also the new owners.
